The reserve is located on the road from Sanok to Załuż. Protects the forest communities of the Carpathian beech forest. An interesting educational and nature trail with a length of about 2 km leads through the area. 10 bus stop tables located along the route describe in detail the Carpathian beech plant community, floristic and fauna peculiarities and a spring with mineralized sulphide water. On the territory of the reserve you can find, among others, protected plants: goldenhead lily, common ivy, cry of the wolfberry, forest vermin and common spotted tongue. You can also see the ruins of an old mine, because at the end of the 19th century oil was extracted here. In the reserve there is also a viewpoint from which we can admire the panorama of San and Zagórz.
