Aleksander Tarnawiecki was the first owner of the Bykki lands, and after his death his wife - Stanisław Tarnawiecka, the owner of the land on which the present manor house stands. The building was erected at the beginning of the 20th century. The manor is built in the style of spa architecture, it is made of stone and plastered. In the northeast corner of the manor house there is a magnificent wooden terrace with a balustrade, topped with a tower. After World War II, the mansion was partially demolished, and in 1976 it underwent a major renovation, its buildings were then used by the State Farm. In the 1980s, the manor house housed a kindergarten belonging to the state farm. Currently, the manor does not have its owner, and the property is managed by the Agricultural Property Agency with a branch in Rzeszów. The manor is located in a manor-palace complex, which is entered in the register of monuments. Around the manor there is a park where poplars, ash trees and old oaks grow.
