The Boyko church was mentioned already in 1564. It is a valuable monument of the Wooden Architecture Trail. It was probably built in 1832 by Vasyl Tomczak from Liskowate and Ivan Rak from Łopuszanka. The inscription on the lintel of the southern door containing this date is to testify about this year of construction of the temple. However, its construction is characteristic for churches built in the 17th century. In 1929, the church underwent renovation, which was accompanied by some changes in the structure of the building. Currently the church is not used. It is one of only three surviving Boyko-type churches in Poland. It is an orientated, three-section temple with a log construction. Two rectangular sacristies were built at the presbytery. The nave is wider than the other parts. Above the women's gallery there was once a separate chapel dedicated to St. Dymitr, which was an extremely rare solution and testifies to the unique nature of the church. There was a gallery around the chapel, of which only a few beams sticking out of the building remain to this day. The roofs are covered with shingles. Above the women's gallery and eaves, above the gable presbytery. Below the church there is a heavily damaged eaves roof supported on framework beams. Entrance to the church grounds is through a nineteenth-century brick screen bell tower. Above the church is a cemetery with several preserved tombstones. Until 1951 it was surrounded by a low wall.
