The church was built in 1794 or 1799. It is an orientated, three-section temple with a log structure. The sacristy adjoins the presbytery from the north. The nave is wider than the other parts. A small vestibule was added to the women's gallery from the west. The roof is covered with shingles. Above the women's gallery and presbytery there are small towers with onion-shaped domes, above the nave the larger dome was built on an octagonal drum. The elements of the original equipment have not survived in the temple. The Department of Orthodox Art at the Castle Museum in Łańcut has in its collection fragments of the iconostasis from the 18th and 19th centuries, a feretron from the 19th century and a stone baptismal font, once located in the church. In 1971 the building was taken over by the Roman Catholic church. In 1973, a renovation was carried out, after which the church serves as a parish church.
