A massif in the Western Bieszczady with several vertices, which is continued by the Smerek Mountain separated by the M. Orłowicz Pass. The southwestern slopes of the massif are short, steeply falling into the Wetlinka valley, while the western ones head towards the valley of Prowcza and Nasiczniański Potok. The most extensive parts of the massif cover the pastures typical of the Bieszczady landscape, and below are the beech forests. The greater part of the massif is located in the Bieszczady National Park. Połonina Wetlińska is one of the most visited places in the Bieszczady Mountains. Five hiking trails lead through Połonina Wetlińska: - Smerek - Przeł. M. Orłowicz - Połonina Wetlińska - Berehy Górne (Main Beskids Trail), - Połonina Wetlińska (shelter) - Przełęcz Wyżna, - Połonina Wetlińska (shelter) - camping "Górna Wetlinka", - Wetlina - Przełęcz M. Orłowicza - Zatwarnica (on the outskirts Połoniny Wetlińska), - Wetlina - Trans. M. Orłowicz - Połonina Wetlińska - Trans. Wyzna and camping "Górna Wetlinka" (nature trail "Pełnik", running along the hiking trails).
