The church was built in 1830, it was renovated in 1911 and 1937. It belonged to the Greek Catholic parish in Manastercu. From 1968 it was used by the Roman Catholic church. The church in Bezmiechowa Górna is an oriented temple with a log structure. Individual parts of the temple erected on square plans. Two sacristies adjoin the presbytery, the nave is wider than the other parts, and a pillar tower on the women's section. Above the presbytery and nave there is a single-ridge roof with a turret and a spherical cupola. Above the tower a tent roof with a lantern. On the walls and ceiling, there is a polychrome probably dating from 1937. A preserved church altar with a cyborium on four columns and an iconostasis, which, however, was moved to the rear wall of the presbytery.
