The church was built in 1843-1844, in place of an older wooden church. It once belonged to the parish in Uherce Mineralne. The building of the church is oriented, of log construction. Nearby there is a church cemetery, where tombstones have not survived to this day, surrounded by old trees. After 1947 it was used as a grain warehouse due to displacement. Until around 1970 there was still a complete iconostasis from the 19th century and several older icons. In 1976, most of the church's equipment was stolen, and the last three icons were transported to the Historical Museum in Sanok. In the main nave of the church there is a nineteenth-century polychrome with a representation of St. Trinity.
