The Center of History and Culture of Mountain Tourism PTTK "Green House" in Ustrzyki Górne - a museum with an exhibition dedicated to the history of mountain tourism in the areas of the Western Bieszczady and Eastern Carpathians, located in Ustrzyki Górne. The facility is under the care of the Wielkopolska Mountaineering Leaders' Club PTTK named after Kazimierz Kantak at the Wielkopolska Corporation of PTTK Branches in Poznań. The establishment of the institution was the implementation of the idea of creating museum centers dedicated to mountain tourism, whose author was Edward Moskała. These centers were established from 1966 in the Polish Carpathians. The Ustrzycka facility was organized in 1991 in the buildings of the hostel that was closed down in 1985. In July 1991, elements of the exhibition entitled "Summer and winter tourism in the Eastern Carpathians until 1939". The official opening of the facility took place on July 29, 1991. After 2004, i.e. after the Center was taken over by the Wielkopolska Mountain Tourism Leaders' Club, the building, commonly known as the "Green House", underwent renovation (wall and window maintenance, plumbing, fence of the area). Since 2008, the facility has been subject to the Central Mountain Tourism Center PTTK in Krakow. The museum's collections are presented in two rooms. The first exposition concerns the history of mountain tourism in the Western Bieszczady after the end of World War II. In addition, photographs of sacred mementoes of Bojki, Łemki and Jews living in these areas are exhibited, as well as economic tools from the villages of Bieszczady. In the second chamber, called the Eastern Chamber, there are exhibits related to the history of tourism in the Eastern Carpathians in the pre-war period. These collections show the development of tourism in those areas during the Second Polish Republic and the activities of tourist organizations such as the Polish Tatra Society or the Carpathian Ski Society. There are also examples of folk art of Hutsuls and photos of the Carpathian nature.
