Połonina Caryńska is one of the pastures in the Bieszczady Mountains and one of the most frequented and popular mountain ranges in the Bieszczady Mountains. It lies between the valleys of Prowcza and Wołosate, close to the towns of Brzegi Górne and Ustrzyki Górne. The highest culmination of this massif is Kruhly Wierch (1297 m a.s.l.). From Połonina Caryńska we can admire the massif of Wielka Rawka, Połonina Wetlińska and a group of the highest peaks of the Polish Bieszczady with Tarnica and Halicz. The name of the pasture comes from the now defunct village of Caryńskie, which lay at the foot of the pasture, but pastures on the pasture also belonged to the villages of: Berehy Górne, Bereżki, and Ustrzyki Górne. Even in the interwar period there was intensive grazing here. Połonina Caryńska is protected under the Bieszczady National Park. Of the rare plant species in Poland at Caryńska Połonin, the occurrence of such species as: thyme blight, alpine toccia, dacian sedge and common bucovina were found.
