A village in Poland located on the Wołosate stream in the Bieszczady Mountains, in the Podkarpackie Voivodeship, in the Bieszczady poviat, in the Lutowiska commune. The town was founded under Wallachian law in the 16th century, spread over 4 kilometers over the Wołosate stream. Mention of Ustrzyki Górne comes from 1529. From the mid The privileges issued by Piotr Kmita for Stuposians (1531), and Tarnawa Niżna (1537) and Wyżna (1549) come from the 16th century. The village was founded under Wallachian law around 1537, by the Kmita family. Ustrzyki Górne is a good base for hiking. In winter they offer good skiing conditions. In the area there are the highest peaks of the Polish Bieszczady: Połonina Caryńska (1297 m), Wielka Rawka (1304 m) and Tarnica (1346 m).
