The temple was built in 1841. The building boasts a preserved inside classicist iconostasis from the second half of the 19th century and an unusual figural polychrome on the walls of the gallery and the nave. The church presents a type of folk architecture, it is characterized by a classical style with clear elements of Latinisation manifested in relation to the traditional current of sacred architecture of the Josephine period. The church is a half-timbered building, with a presbytery closed on three sides, covered with a two-ridge roof. From the west, a skeletal tower covered with a tent roof with a helmet is adjacent to the temple. The church formerly belonged to the Greek Catholic parish in Tyrawa Solna. From 1946, it is a affiliate Roman Catholic church. Baptism, we were renovated in 1978. About 200 m from the temple, on the top of the panoramic hill there is a large Greek Catholic cemetery, where you can see many stone tombstones, the oldest of them from the beginning of the 19th century.
