The first mention of the church in Tyrawa Wołoska comes from 1546. Next to the present church preserved in the consecrated Baroque style in 1745, there is a belfry from the first half of the 19th century and the graves of former priests, the stone grave chapel of the Krajewski family from 1831, and several old tombstones of the family members of the local owners. In 2014, a new altar came to the temple, whose act of consecration was carried out by Fr. Archbishop Józef Michalik Metropolitan of Przemyśl. A commemorative plaque funded by parishioners was also consecrated in the church, commemorating the long-standing, deserved priest of the parish Tyrawa Wołoska, Father. Monsignor Bronisław Szewc.
