The church was built in 1858 by the local carpenter Konstantyn Melnyk, in the form of a wooden Greek Catholic temple. In 1912 the church was rebuilt and in 1969 it underwent an internal renovation. The church presents an architectural program in the classical style. It is a church with a log structure, three-part, with a presbytery closed on three sides, with two sacristies, a gable roof with a tower with a bell tower. Inside the church there is a whole iconostasis from the temple construction period, with a characteristic late Baroque interior. Near the church there is a parish cemetery with a dozen stone tombstones and a sculpture of the Mother of God praying on a column. About 500 meters behind the church there is a second, abandoned Greek Catholic cemetery.
