Address: Rynek 1 , Rynek Starego Miasta - Sanok
The building in the electric style just like the original building of the Sanok town hall. It was built in 1875-1880 by the Austro-Hungarian authorities as the seat of the Poviat Council. In October 1895, an emblem depicting a falcon in flight was placed at the top of the front facade. The building was consecrated on March 26, 1896. The building has two visible perpendicular walls, including one representative being the western frontage of the Sanok Market Square, while the other is located at Grodka Street. At the top of the facade is the historic coat of arms of the Sanok land, now adapted to the new coat of arms of the Sanok poviat. Once the facade was made in shades of yellow. From July to September 2006, the building was renovated and the colors of the façade changed, which has since been white and aquamarine. The fourth floor of the junior building on the north side was also added at that time. The facade at the main entrance to the building is decorated with two commemorative plaques: - A plaque commemorating the 80th anniversary of the revival of the Commonwealth, commemorating compatriots who sacrificed health and life for their homeland, - A plaque commemorating the centenary of the establishment of the Sanok Beautifying Society in 1904.
