A historic wooden church entered in the register of monuments of the National Heritage Institute. Roman Catholic parish St. Jerzy and Tekla in Nowosielce Kozicki belong to the deanery of Ustrzyki Dolne, in the Przemyśl archdiocese. The original church was probably built in 1442, while the current building was erected in 1972. It was funded by landowners, Jerzy Czeczel Nowosielecki and his wife, Cecylia née Zapłatyński. It was consecrated in 1745. He was one of the few Roman Catholic churches in this area, because the Orthodox religion prevailed. In the main altar of the church in Nowosielce Kozickie there are relics of St. Benedict and Saint. Justyna. The church building draws on the nature of structural solutions to medieval buildings. It is oriented, on a stone foundation, a log structure, boarded.
