The wooden villa is located in the center of the village, probably from the early 20th century. The exact date of construction of the facility is unknown. It is one of the few surviving buildings in this area from before World War II. The building is decorated with a peculiar turret set on a sloping roof. It is the only large villa in this area preserved in such good condition.
