Kalwaria Pacławska is known as a pilgrimage site to the Marian Shrine with a painting famous for its favors. The monumental temple is located in an extremely picturesque place on one of the hills of the Sanocko-Turczańskie Mountains. From the lookout tower there is a wide panorama of the area. This small village is charmed by wooden houses with arcades, where there are stalls with souvenirs and treats in the season. In the vicinity, every step we will find a chapel of the Stations of the Cross, and in the forest covered by the reserve - the hermitage of St. Magdalene. The history of the monastery is inseparably connected with the person of the extraordinary man, Father Wenanty Katherine, about whom Kolbe said that "he performed ordinary things in an extraordinary way." It is the perfect place to wind down, reflect and wander deeply among yourself in the beauty of nature and the monumental silhouette of the monastery.
