The peak in the Western Bieszczady Mountains (1280 m a.s.l.), located in the mountain pastures, in the southeastern part of the Bieszczady National Park. It belongs to the ridge running from Krzemień to the Bukowska Pass. The slopes of the massif on the higher parts are covered with pastures, thanks to which from the summit there are extensive views of the Tarnica group along with numerous ranges of the Ukrainian Western and Eastern Bieszczady. The name '' Rozsypaniec '' comes from numerous characteristic rocks located on the slopes of the massif. The main Beskid Trail runs through Rozsypaniec on the section Wołosate - Bukowska Pass - Rozsypaniec - Halicz - Przełęcz pod Tarnicy.
