The Greek Catholic church is located on the hill Dębnik nad Sanem. It was created in 1659 from cut wood a year earlier. Initially, the building was part of the Basilian monastery. The complex was surrounded by two rings of irregularly shaped stone defensive walls. The church has undergone many renovations. During one of them the nave roof was changed to an octagonal baroque dome. The last major renovation took place in the 1960s, during which many elements were replaced with new ones, thus negating the original condition. It is an orientated temple, made of fir wood, with a log structure. It is tripartite, consists of: a presbytery closed on three sides, a square nave and an elongated rectangular gallery. The walls of the presbytery are broken with shingles. Above the presbytery, multi-span ridge roof, with extensions partly extended over pastophoria. Above the nave, an octagonal dome on a tambour, with a pseudo-lantern. Above the women's gallery, a multi-span ridge roof, including arcades. Roofs and dome covered with shingles, crowned with iron crosses mounted on ceramic balls. The church is surrounded by a burial cemetery, where several old stone tombstones have been preserved.
