It was built in the nineteenth century. Originally, the building was a private tenement house of the Jewish Ramer family, hence the traditional name of the building. After the war, the architectural structure of the building was rebuilt, arcaded arcades were given to it. In relation to this, the building gained the common name of 'Arkady' among the residents of Sanok. The tenement has been entered into the municipal register of monuments in Sanok.
