The church is located in the Rzepedka stream valley of the Osława tributary. This is a typical East-Lemko church. The church was built in 1824 on the site of an earlier temple. In 1869, its interior was supplemented with an iconostasis. The church fulfilled its functions actively for the "Vistula" Operation, when the Ukrainian inhabitants of the area were deported and the Polish People's Army plundered its interior. The church was converted into a Roman Catholic funeral chapel, thanks to which it avoided total ruin. The church's foundation is made of split stone and wood. Its shape is a type of the Lemko church, it is tripartite, with a log structure. The sacristy is located on the presbytery side. Belfry of the church on a detached, two-storey character. Inside the church, some of its original equipment has been preserved, in the form of three side altars, the choir's original painting decoration, and a four-row iconostasis made by Josip Bukowczyk.
