It is now a Roman Catholic affiliate church of the same name. The church was built in 1926. It was the first church in the village. After 1951, after several attempts to celebrate Roman Catholic masses there by displaced people from Sokalszczyzna, the church was closed. It remained unused until 1970, when it was turned into a Roman Catholic church. In 2002 it underwent renovation, during which a large supply of ammunition from World War II was discovered under the eaves of the presbytery. The church in Hoszów is an orientated, three-section temple with a log structure. It was built on a Greek cross plan.
