The church belongs to the oldest parish in the city, run by priests from Michałów. The church was built in the Baroque style in 1743. It is located at Jasień Street in the Jasień district. There is a miraculous image of Our Lady of Rudecka, handed over to the sanctuary on July 6, 1968, which was stolen in July 1992. A copy of the miraculous image of MB Rudecka was crowned on July 1, 2006 by Archbishop Józef Michalik.
