Built on a small hill above the San River in the years 1750 - 1799. The church is made of stone and plastered, triple. Inside is a historic cup with a six-leaf foot from 1840. In 1922 in the church of prof. Adam Bochnak discovered a limousine cross. From 1946, the building of the temple serves the Roman Catholic church of St. John the Baptist. At the churchyard there is the grave of Antoni Stroiński, a famous painter and owner of the village of Zwierzyń in the 19th century.
