The belfry is a remnant of the former church existing in this place. It comes from the nineteenth century. Its structure is of the screen type. In place of the old wooden church erected in 1911, another stone parish church was built, but it burned down after three years, in 1914. It was renovated in 1922, but was finally demolished in the 1950s. Only the visible foundation and the stone belfry were preserved. . One of its bells is currently hung on the church bell tower in a new church located in the village.
