The construction of the current church in Górzanka began in 1835 in place of the previous church from 1718. Earlier, there was an older church in the village, which is mentioned already from 1599, and which burned down before 1718. The founder of the current church was Feliks Giebułtowski, the then owner village. Her sacrifice was made on September 10, 1838. In 1912 it underwent renovation. In 1948 it was taken over by the Roman Catholic church and used as a affiliate church, and from 1969 a parish church. Ascension of the Lord in Solina deanery.
