A wooden church built as a Greek Catholic church in 1759. According to tradition, erected from materials obtained from the demolition of the church in the nearby town of Uherce. In 1933, the vestibule was probably added. The original equipment has not survived in the church. 18th century statues of angels from the altar and a bas-relief depicting God the Father, as well as a 19th century figure of St. John of Nepomuk are in the Museum in Łańcut, in the Department of Orthodox Church Art. The church Józefa is a log structure, bifid. A vestibule was added to the nave at a later stage. A two-ridge roof topped with an onion-shaped turret. Forged nineteenth century windows. There is a wooden belfry next to the church, built on a square plan.
