The original manor was built at the turn of the 18th and 19th century. From the end of the 18th century, the land properties in Nowosielce belonged to the Gniewosz family of the Rawicz coat of arms, who were the first owners of the manor. The current mansion was built in the Art Nouveau style around 1900. It is a one-story building, originally with a combination of Empire style and Art Nouveau style. The manor house in Nowosielce presents itself as the property of a middle-class noble family. The facades are divided by pilasters, the windows are rhythmically integrated into the whole, above the entrance there is a deep columnar-arcaded portico with a balcony and a dormitory on the first floor. Also noteworthy are the Art Nouveau accents in the form of dormer windows and a magnificent railing of internal stairs. The manor is surrounded by an English-style park. The historic manor complex in Nowosielce has been entered into the voivodship monument protection register.
