The wooden church was built according to written sources in 1919, it has a log structure and is boarded. The church in Moczary is located at the end of the village, in the valley of the Głuchy stream. In 1951, as part of establishing new borders of the Eastern Borderlands, the town of Moczary, and with it the temple returned to Poland. The church was converted into a secular and functional building, it became a warehouse. During this period, the equipment was completely devastated. In 1991, the crumbling church was handed over to the Roman Catholic parish in Jasień. The church in Moczary is a wooden, oriented object. Built on a cross plan. The presbytery is closed on three sides, with two sacristies. The roof dome is mounted on an octagonal tambour. The church is covered with red sheet metal, which contrasts in an interesting way with the dark brown boards used for the formwork. Right next to the church there is a wooden belfry from 1919.
