Mdernist monument commemorating Karol Świerczewski Walter in Jabłonki, standing in the place where the general was fatally wounded on March 28, 1947. The monument is located on Wolności Square, surrounded by a landscape park, opposite the former Karol Świerczewski Memorial House on the provincial road 893. The author of the design is Polish sculptor Franciszek Strynkiewicz. Next to the monument on the boulder there is a commemorative plaque with the words by Władysław Broniewski: "They do not sing songs about everyone, but they will sing this name. It can rise above history by legend."
