Formerly serving as a church. It is an old, wooden building from 1898, which once stood in Lutowiska. She was transferred to Dwernik in 1979 for the needs of the local population. Inside the church there is a historic altar from the 19th century with a valuable painting of St. Archangel Michael, which was painted with the iconic technique. In the presbytery there are 4 oil paintings from the nineteenth century, depicting evangelists, an altar cross from the nineteenth century, derived from the artistic folk school of Lviv. The church also has a beautiful chalice engraved with the inscription "Szymon Dubowiec 1830".
