A village in the commune of Lutowiska founded on Wallachian law by the Kmita family in the early 16th century. The village is located in the San Valley at the foot of the Otryt mountain range. The name comes from hops, a genus of climbing plants of the cannabis family. The biggest attraction here is the church of St. Nicholas, which in 1969 was taken over by the Roman Catholic church and serves as a subsidiary church of the parish of St. Archangel Michael in Dwernik.
