The church was built in 1790. It belonged to the Greek Catholic deanery of Ustrzyca years ago. After World War II, the temple was closed. From the 1950s, the local population tried to adapt the church to a Roman Catholic church, the people's authorities did not allow it until after 1971. Then the church underwent a major renovation. The temple is oriented, with a three-part structure, covered with shingles, and has a presbytery closed on three sides. It is decorated with profiled grimaces, with a foundation covered with shingles. The roof has a separate ridge and a spherical tower. Inside the church there is a rococo altar from the end of the 18th century, originating from the church in Hoczew. The former iconostasis, which was here before 1970, was taken away, its fragments can be admired at the Museum of Folk Architecture in Sanok.
