The town is located in the Ustrzyki Dolne commune, in the valley of the Równia stream of the Strwiąż tributary. In 1541 Piotr Kmita Sobieński, the Przemyśl staroste, also invested in Przemyśl estate. The village has a historic, wooden Greek Catholic church, oriented on a hill, in the bend of the Równia stream. At the church there is a cemetery with several preserved tombstones.
